  2.  Antioxidants—vitamin C, selenium, carotenes, bioflavonoids
  3.  Spices—ginger and turmeric
  4.  Onions and leeks
  5.  Green tea
  6.  Green vegetables, such as watercress, parsley, celery, kale, and okra
  7.  Seaweeds
  8.  Carrots
  9.  Spirulina
  10.  Barley and wheat grass products (anti-inflammatory and detoxifying)

  13.  Potassium broth
  14.  Soy products

Bad Foods

 
*Calcium Inhibitors
